In aggregate, these suppliers accounted for 58% of the Company’s total purchases. As of March 31, 2014, the amount due to these three suppliers was $31,408. This makes the Company vulnerable to a near-term severe impact should the relationships be terminated.

 

For the three months ended March 31, 2013, two suppliers each accounted for more than 10% of the Company’s purchases. These suppliers accounted for 62% of the Company’s total purchases. As of March 31, 2013, the amount due to the suppliers was $110,196.
