This supplier accounted for 17% of the Companys total purchases. As of December 31, 2014, the amount due to the supplier was $11,880. This makes the Company vulnerable to a near-term severe impact should the relationships be terminated. For the year ended December 31, 2013, three suppliers each accounted for more than 10% of the Companys purchases. In aggregate, these suppliers accounted for 60% of the Companys total purchases. As of December 31, 2013, the amount due to these three suppliers was $167,616.
